C Wonder-ful

While I was in California last week I came across the store
C Wonder. We don't have this in Arizona yet so I was very curious to take a peek inside and see if it lived up to the hype. The interior was crisp and colorful and had a very happy vibe. On staff that day were 2 cute young girls that were very nice and helpful. I skimmed throughout the clothes and made my way to the home section. Although I have been on their website I was leery as to the quality of the items but was pleasantly surprised. The dinnerware was very nice and would make any tablescape proud, the pillow collection was diverse with pattern and color and had a little something for every type of decor, there were also cute trinket dishes, place mats, napkins etc. All in all I enjoyed the store and even made a purchase of some pillows (big surprise). C Wonder  may not carry all your home decor needs but the pieces that they do carry are classic and stylish....here are a few of my FAVES.

Gone to the Beach!

Helloooooo Dolls! Please forgive my week of absence. I took a little trip to visit the beach and to attend the graduation of one of my BFF's daughters. I fully intended on posting while I was away but I was having too much fun and time just got away from me. So to catch you up here is my quick week in review.

 High school graduation of BT who will now be attending UC Santa Barbara with a full ride because she is not only beautiful she is also smart and a kick ass water polo player!

 Carne asada tacos at one of my FAVE places in Cali called Taco Rosa. They also serve the most AMAZING watermelon sangria with serrano chiles in it. I know it sounds weird but trust me on this!!

 I wondered into this beachy FAB home furnishings showroom appropriately named Seaside Interiors. It is owned by a mother/daughter team of designers. I had the pleasure of meeting the mother while I was there and she was very friendly and welcoming. Next time you are in Laguna definitely check them out!

 Seaside lunch in Laguna at The Greeters Corner the weather was perfect as was the club sandwich.
