When my schedule is permitting I love to go to the farmers market and then to the flower mart. But, lately is has been more like a quick trip to trader joes and a store bought floral bouquet. Either way I always like to have fresh flowers in and about my home. Researchers from Harvard University confirm that flowers are the perfect ‘pick-me-up,’ promoting a positive mood, happiness, and more energy! So my suggestion to you for this sunny Saturday is to go out and buy yourself a bouquet of your favorite flowers and I guarantee it will brighten your day!
