I stumbled across this great tutorial on the blog for chic sake on how to make a campaign chest using items from ikea. What exactly is campaign furniture? Well, it is any piece of furniture specifically made to fold or breakdown for the ease of travel. It was mainly used in the 18th and 19th century by officers in the military. It is still very widely used in interior design for it's timeless and classic style. The price point of this furniture can be somewhat pricey and that is why I am posting this tutorial for all you DIY people.
