Our lives are so busy and it is so easy to just get out of bed and go on auotpilot in order to get all of our tasks done for the day. However, today The Duchess is taking a day of silence from her blog, twitter, and posterous out of sadness and respect for everything that is happening in Colorado. If you can't join me in a day of silence then how about just a moment?
